Cleavage...?
To be confident and appear confident you need to walk tall. Have you ever sat at an airport or in a cafe and watched people walk past? Some walk upright looking ahead of them whilst others walk with their shoulders slouched, looking at the floor. Which ones look the happiest? The most confident? What do the others look like?
As your confidence increases, you should begin to pay attention to the way you carry yourself, and how confidently you walk. Other people will notice - it really does make a difference, not to mention that it's far better for your back to stand up properly.
So what does this have to do with cleavage I hear you ask!
For years and years, Marks & Spencer's bras only went up to a D cup. If you were any bigger than that, you'd just have to keep increasing the back size until the cup fitted. But this meant that the back strap wasn't giving sufficient support and most or ALL of the weight of your chest was hanging on the two soft fleshy areas just inside your shoulders. If you have two huge grooves where your bra straps go, you definitely need help!
The shops and department stores these days are improving dramatically in terms of the range of bra sizes they stock, but the absolute best of all is Bravissimo. Bravissimo started off as a mail order company and specialises in bras and swimwear from a D-K cup. Not only that, but as Bravissimo has grown, they have pressured the bra manufacturers to make pretty bras in large cup sizes. Hooray!
The most incredible thing of all is that they don't actually have to measure you! As you walk in, they will look at your bosom, and say yes, you're a 34E, 38F or whatever!! How do they know that just by looking? It's almost magical.
Bravissimo currently has shops in Aberdeen, Brighton, Cambridge, Chester, Glasgow, Leeds, London (Covent Garden, Ealing, Oxford Circus), Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oxford and Solihull. Please go and visit one. Make a day of it. It's an experience not to be missed and looking after yourself will improve your self esteem. (Not to mention wearing fabby underwear that actually fits!)
